WITH SOME MASK MANDATES STILL IN PLACE WE CAN'T SEE PEOPLE'S NOSES AND MOUTHS. AND THAT IS HARD FOR US BECAUSE WE ARE NATURAL BORN LIP READERS.

Since the need for training is still there, we started offering Online Training. In addition to using tools like Video Conferencing, we also started hosting our courses on the Premier Virtual Training Platform in the World (LightspeedVT). Our Interactive Training can be customized to your needs.
Nothing will ever be able to fully replace the effectiveness of Live Training/Speaking at our customer’s locations/conferences. In-person Training gives participants the ability to ask questions while also learning from each other.
After realizing how quick and effective the skills we teach are, many of our clients have brought us into work with their HR, Customer Service, and Marketing departments. We are often invited to speak to groups at annual seminars/conventions.
